How Can I Track My Order?
Tracking is available with certain shipping methods only. We do not offer tracking services on our standard shipping rates. If you have received a tracking number for your order, click here to track it.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived Within the Specified Time Frame, What Do I Do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time period, make sure to track your order if possible (see above). Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs and during holiday periods. Please contact us via our contact us page and we will do our best to assist with any concerns.
How Long Will It Take For My Order to Reach Me?
Delivery time is between 14-60 days. Please allow for 60 days before contacting us regarding delivery time, as customs can often slow down the delivery process. If you want to receive your order before any holiday period, we recommend that you allow at least one month prior as this is a busy time for postal services. If your order has tracking, you can track your order by typing the tracking number into the order tracker.

Order’s dispatched from our States warehouse.
Delivery time for item’s dispatched from our States warehouse is usually between 7-14 days although again sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances these times may increase slightly to between 14 and 28 days. Please allow 30 days before contacting us regarding delivery time for items delivered from our States warehouse. If you want to receive your order before any holiday period, we recommend that you allow at least one month prior as this is a busy time for postal services.
Do I Have To Pay Customs Fees or Import Taxes?
Elect Gift cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. Elect Gift is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

We may be able to change your order shipping details if your order has not yet been processed but we cannot guarantee this. Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details or resend items which have been sent to the wrong address.
I Ordered More Than One Product, Will They Be Delivered Together?
It is likely that if you order more than one product, you will receive them separately due to our company working from multiple warehouses. If you only receive one package, please allow at least 2 weeks for the next package to arrive before contacting us. The item may not have been shipped out immediately which may be due to one of the following reasons:
– The item being on back-order
– A delay with the delivery company
– Location of the warehouse that the product was sent from
– Customs delays
If you have not received your other item(s) after the two weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
